My transformation story
From struggling at over 260 pounds to losing 90 pounds and finding strength through wrestling, discover how sustainable habits and smart systems can completely reshape your life.
MY STORY
I wasn’t always the person you see today.
At one point I weighed over 260 pounds. I hated the way I felt in my own body, and I was constantly aware of how other people saw me. I hated wearing a shirt in the pool because I was embarrassed. I hated wearing a hoodie in the middle of summer just so I’d feel less exposed. I was always pulling my shirt down, always worried about how I looked around other people. Even something as simple as a flight of stairs could leave me out of breath. I was constantly hungry, and I was very aware of how some people treated me because of my weight.
But honestly, the hardest part wasn’t being overweight. It was knowing I’d tried to change before and kept failing.
I’d go all in for a few days. Tell myself, “This is it, I’m completely changing my life.” Cut everything out, push myself as hard as I could, feel that first rush of motivation. Then eventually I’d burn out, fall back into old habits, give up — and sometimes end up worse off than before. Start. Go all in. Burn out. Quit. Start over. Same cycle, over and over.
Eventually I realized I couldn’t keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. So I did it differently. Instead of trying to transform overnight, I started small — gradually cutting calories, walking more, slowly adding in jogging and bodyweight exercises. Instead of expecting perfection, I just focused on being a little better each week.
I wasn’t following some perfect plan. I wasn’t an athlete. I had no sports background. I was just trying to be better than I was the week before, and refusing to quit. Eventually those small changes added up, and I lost 90 pounds.
But losing the weight wasn’t the end of the story — it was the beginning of a completely different one.
After the weight came off, I decided to challenge myself in a way I never expected: I started wrestling. Never an athlete, no real sports background, but I committed to learning the sport, getting stronger, building my conditioning, and improving. That shift completely changed how I saw training. I wasn’t just trying to get smaller anymore — I wanted to be stronger, fitter, more athletic, more capable.
I got serious about strength training. Worked on conditioning. Built muscle. Competed. Kept pushing. The guy who once got winded on a flight of stairs was now training and competing in one of the most physically demanding sports there is.
That’s when it hit me: the transformation was never just about losing 90 pounds. It was about becoming a completely different version of myself. And that didn’t happen because of one perfect diet or one perfect workout plan. It happened because I learned how to build sustainable habits, keep challenging myself a little at a time, stay consistent, and keep moving even when things weren’t perfect.
Why I created the blueprints
I created this because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. I know what it’s like to keep saying “I’ll start Monday.” I know what it’s like to go all in, burn out, and feel like you’ve failed again. And I know how different life feels once you finally build a system you can actually stick to.
I built these programs to give other people the structure I wish I’d had when I was starting out. Whether your goal is losing fat, building muscle, improving your body composition, getting more athletic, or just becoming more consistent — you don’t need to become me. You need to become a stronger version of yourself.
Your starting point doesn’t decide where you can go. It just decides where you begin.
"You do not need to starve yourself or overhaul your entire life overnight. Real strength comes from sustainable daily progress."
